Our 2020 GIRLS of Excellence Queens Crowned Saturday, November 2, 2019 in Takoma Park, Maryland!
These Young Queens of Excellence Joined the Efforts Supporting the Mission of G-I-R-L-S-Inc. and competed in States 2020 and 2021.
OUR 2021 STATE QUEENS
Maryland G-I-R-L-S of Excellence Scholarship Pageant (MGESP) is proud to join with the US American Miss Pageant to provide pageantry opportunities of the highest quality. It is our goal to provide girls and young women with the tools to enhance and develop communication, self-presentation, and interview skills, allowing them to become resilient, community-minded adults on the local and state level. We are proud to offer opportunities to earn college scholarships at the national level to assist them in their academic journey. We strive to provide an opportunity that guides Maryland youth to be community-minded, resilient, strong, and respectful citizens while learning to give back to the community where they live.
8 prestigious titles are awarded each year with contestants competing in runway, interview, and evening gown. We always promise a weekend filled with glamour, excitement, and fun as 8 young ladies move on to represent their state at US American Miss National Pageant Competition!
